By placing an order through UdaipurShop.com, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Shipping Time:

For Udaipur

We Usually Ship Within the same day if you are from Udaipur, However, in some cases, it might take some time. We will inform you by call if it will going to take some longer time.

For the rest of India

For the rest of India Shipping depends on the Following factors:

  • Location: Depending on your location it might take somewhere from 2 to 8 days
  • Payment Method: If you choose to pay with COD, it might take a One-day extra, It is because the COD order is being confirmed before dispatch. It is advised to use Pre-payment mode so that your order can be processed faster.
  • Holidays: If there are some public holidays then deliveries might get delayed.

In Short Whatever the circumstances are there you will receive your order within 2 to 8 Working days.

Shipping charges:

Forward Shipping:

We Don’t charge you any shipping charges if the order amount is above 500INR.

Return Shipping:

Due to Defect or any other issue:

We will accept your return without any additional charge and ship you a new product. Without charging anything from you.

Return Due To Change Of Mind:

In Case you don’t like our product, and want to return that, we will accept a return.

We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Money refunded to you:
  • Charged amount – Total Shipping amount = Refunded Amount
  • For Ex. (you bought an item for 4999 and shipping, COD charges, and return charges are 50,50,100 respectively then the refunded value will be 4999-(50+50+100)=4799)

Change Of Delivery Address:

Delivery address can be changed before we dispatch orders from our warehouse, once the order is shipped the delivery address cannot be changed.

Delivery Time Exceeded:

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched, without any charges, but once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. (You also need to pay delivery and RTO charges)

Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
